Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

HELLO!
I wanted to know a lot of things but I'll go slow so somebody can 
answer.

-1-Do you know wich comand should I use to go from one device to 
another in reason without toching the mouse..?

-2-How should I connect both BCF and BCR to my pc for better 
performance?
  Can I use 2 USB connections? or should I use midi for BCR fo example.
  If it's midi. How should I set the cables? (Should there be 2cables?)
