In my experience, it's perfectly possible to use both a BCF and a BCR
together on separate USB ports. However, this can go wrong for many
reasons. I'm not familiar with all your requirements, but here are
some thoughts you may consider:
You might try to first get things with the BCF's and the BCR's
operation modes both set to "U-1", rather than U-2, U-3 or U-4. (In
principle, these other modes should work fine, but they do generate
additional USB-based MIDI input/output ports on the computer, which
can be very confusing - for both the operating system and the user!)
If you're using Windows XP or Vista, it's best to use a Behringer USB
driver (preferably vs. 1.2.1.3), and NOT the standard Windows driver
called "USB Audio Device", because of the great confusion concerning
USB input/output port names caused by "USB Audio Device".
Finally: if you can, DON'T use MIDI Yoke, at least not at first: it
can be responsible for all kinds of MIDI feedback loops, thereby
slowing down your computer (or at least your music software) to a
standstill. First try to get things working with MIDI Yoke uninstalled
(or at least disabled completely - I can't remember whether that's
possible). Once you've then got things working, you may try to
re-install MIDI Yoke (and possibly you then discover that MIDI Yoke
was responsible for your problem!).
