Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all,

So, I've bought my BCF2000 to control Logic-- I've read the documentation, poked around 
these forums, got LCXView, even watched those helpful Australian videos online-- but I'm 
still in search of some kind of comprehensive means of figuring out how the BCF translates 
directly to Logic Control.

Specifically, I'm looking for documentation, tutorials-- anything, really-- that spells out how 
some of the BCF controls map to Logic control.  How do I go to "page 2" or higher on the EQ 
or send pages, for example?  I've hit any number of button combinations, and can't figure out 
how to advance a page...

Is there some online resource I can use to divine the way the BCF actually controls Logic?  
LCXview is helpful, but there's a tremendous amount of trial & error & haphazard button-
pressing involved...

That said, I already love this freakin thing.
