You mean changing the assignment of the BCR from one Reason device to another? Hm, I can't immediately think of a way, but I'm not using Reason every day... However, I do know there is a way you can assign the BCR to up to 16 different Reason devices SIMULTANEOUSLY. I know this isn't exactly what you were asking for, but in any case, (if I remember correctly) it goes like this: Instead of using Reason's "native" support for the BCR (i.e. via Reason's "Keyboards and Control Surfaces" page), you define the BCR as an "External Control" (e.g. "Bus A") on the "Advanced Control" page of Reason's "Preferences" dialog box. Then you assign individual Reason devices to individual MIDI channels on the panel opened via the "Adv. MIDI device" button in the "Hardware interface" device (at the top of Reason 4's device rack). Finally you have to assign Control Change messages to BCR buttons and encoders for the Reason device parameters of your choice, using the correct MIDI channels and the controller numbers specified in Reason 4's "MIDI Implementation Charts.pdf". So this involves quite a bit of "manual labor". Moreover, it might not work in all respects (e.g. I can't remember if you can have parameter feedback this way). Still, it might be useful in certain situations. Mark.
