In the appendix of the manual there are two charts (one for the button
type controllers and another for the rotary encoders). Press "Edit"
and hold it and then trigger the controller you like to assign. Now
you can use the both charts. On the top of each chart you can see,
which buttons and knobs will change which parameters.

If you need further explanations, you've got to wait till tomorrow,
because I have to go to bed now... ;-)
