Check out the mackie presets for live ver. 5.0a or whatever number it is... in the files section.
There is a pretty detailed pdf in the archive.

I think I even mention a few ways to get the sysex files to the bcr2000 with a mac.  I forget.

This pdf won't teach you how to use Live tho...

Here our a couple of options for that - 
There is always the ableton site - I started there...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
