I'm in the same boat. Even though mine were shipped sandwiched between cardboard they arrived warped and don't fit right (they pop up).
I'm planning on e-mailing the company (Lex Plastics) to see if anything can be done - I was thinking on sticking one in a oven under low heat to try and soften the plastic and then place some weights on top.
Any other ideas? Like rvltion909 asks, anyone else have this problem and had any success getting them flat? I think I'll go e-mail them now...
