Like rvltion909 asks, anyone else have this problem and had any success getting them flat? I read somewhere about this problem a few years ago. I would not order these overlays. They appear quite expensive and I do not like their design (Why are the white labels so small?). I once made an overlay for the BCR2000 and Stylus RMX. I sent it as a jpg file to an internet photo service (ALDI) and Igot back a 30cm x 20cm photo. I just had to cut out the holes for the knobs, the buttons and the display.
