glad to hear you liked the mod.
I got the same question about making the panels and sending them
to the USA in february.
Seems like shipping these over would cost at least 2 times more than making them as I'm living in Belgium.

Your best option is to print the pdf (in files section) at 100% and stick it together to make a template.
Disassemble the original side panels (and front panel of the top BC)
Put the 2 controllers on their side and see if the screw holes of the 
template match the holes in the BC's.
Then find a local woodcutter and show him the template.

DIY option:
find 2 pieces of wood or MDF(I used MDF 9 millimeter thick so the original screws could be used)
attach the template to the wood/MDF with (double sided)tape,put the second piece of wood under it and drill the screw holes. I put 4 wood screws in the drill holes to stick the 2 pieces of wood together so they won't slide while cutting them. 
Now cut along the lines of the template with a decent jigsaw.
After cutting,remove the wood screws and use some sand paper to remove
the rough edges.
