Ok I hope this is the right place to ask this question. I am using the BCf to control lighting through software called Daslight. I am using the rotary encoders to activate individual cues. I have assigned the led ring to activate with each encoder push (toggle on)thereby showing me exactly where I am in the running order. So all OK so far, I use the first eight encoders, then switch to the next group. All is Ok till I switch preset, as the encoder group remains in the 4th group setting until I press group 1 again. this could make the operator acticvate the wrong cue at the wrong time. So my question is, is there any way of auto resetting the encoder group as you change preset? one other question. after running the show, apart from switching off the BCF is there another way of resetting all outputs to zero.?
