Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I would like to assign a button to control the effect enable/disable button for an ableton device. Of course this can be done with the typical mapping command, but this applies only to a specific plugin, whereas I would like it to be applied to the currently selected plugin - indicated by the little hand icon. This would be in the same way that the 8 knobs are already setup to control various parameters of the selected plugin.

I routed the output of ableton to midiox (via midiyoke) to see what midi commands it sends when moving parameters on screen with the mouse. It worked for showing parameter changes, but nothing appeared when clicking the enable/disable button. Perhaps this was left out of the design?

Anyone have a workaround?

Is there a command list available?
