Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I've had this thing for years now and have never done anything interesting with it.  I just finally found a real need for it beyond just using it as a simple mixer control.  I am having some problems though.

First off, the USB modes are giving me issues.  I want to be able to use the BCF to send MIDI to an Axe-FX Ultra and I also want it to pass data through from an FCB1010 footcontroller.  But I also want to be able to have the SW editor (Axe-Edit) communicate with the Axe-FX via MIDI to USB both ways.  I've got no problem if I have to switch from standalone to USB mode for total control, but I can't get the BCF to pass MIDI from the Axe-FX to the PC through USB no matter what mode I am in.  I can send from the PC to the Axe-FX for patch changes, but the BCF won't pass the patch data back to the PC, I get buffer underrun errors, so it's seeing something.  It also recognizes the firmware so there is some communication, just not all of the data.

Second question is actually a bigger deal for me.  I would like to use the footswitch to cycle between banks A B and C.  I know that this is CC#0 with values of 0, 1, and 2.  I just have no idea how to do it.  Any tips or information would be GREATLY appreciated.  I tried using the BCEDIT tool and it crashes, took a look at the manual and I am just not smart enough yet on MIDI to figure out what I am doing.
