Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi Everyone!

I have 2 BCF2000's that up until now I have used separately, trouble free, to control some lighting software. Last week I had the idea of using them together to expand their usefulness, and followed the instructions provided in the user manual. Unfortunately, as soon as I switch out of USB mode 1 my software no longer recognizes the BCF and gives me an error. It is as if the BCF has stopped communicating with my computer, and I can't figure out why. Any help would be much appreciated!!
