Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

hi all,

I have done this many times but recently my BCR2000 doesnt let me change mode. Maybe this happens and I'm forgetting to do something so hopefully someone can help.

1. Enter EG mode, see "EG" on LED - works ok
2. moving rotary and see the "U-x", "S-x" modes - works ok
3. trying to exit after making a change, press Exit button - nothing happens!! stays in EG mode forever

I've tried reflashing this and changing cables around. 

Is there a weird parameter that I should check or maybe the button simply is broken?

Its obviously out of warranty so I'm either going to need to repair this or throw it away.
