Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

on page 18 of the bcr/bcf manual is written this

"DATA REQUEST
  Current value settings of the MDI device connected to your B-Control can be transmitted to your B-CONTROL using the data request function (provided that the midi device supports this funtion, and a request command was defined using the editor software) In this case, the midi device doesnt send data: the B-CONTROL requests them instead
         Press the LEARN key while the EDIT key is kept pressed.
         The request takes place, and the B-CONTROL indicates the controller values of the recieving MIDI device on the LED ring or through fader positions"

thats great, but how do I define this, I use BC manager, but cant seem to see where I should do this?
also, I want to put this  as the data request:

which, in my limited knowledge confuse me,  
how does that go into a .tx command???

ANY clarification here is greatly appreciated !
