hello i just picked up a used bcr2000 for real cheap. looks like it was dropped, as three of the encoders are missing the knobs & shafts. i tested the encoders out with a small tool & they still work great- in fact the whole unit functions just fine. i tried gluing in some replacement shafts to attach knobs to, but one of the broken encoders is in the top row & thus a "push" encoder. my attempts so far to make a proper shaft that still has a "push" to it have been unsuccessful. at this point i'm thinking it would be better to just replace the encoders. has anyone here been through this process? part numbers? also, any tips on disassembling the unit? i removed the screws from the side panels, but they seem stuck to something, don't want to force it... thanks! -sean
