When you plug in a BCR for the first time, Windows automatically installs its default USB driver called "USB Audio Device".
To get a USB device name containing "BCR2000", you have to replace the default driver with one of Behringer's USB device drivers for the BCR2000.
For a comparison of the various options, see BC Manager Manual (http://home.kpn.nl/f2hmjvandenberg281/bcman.html), section 4, point 4.

Hope this helps,
Mark.
