Help with BFC2000 and Reaper

For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the tranport button to work on my BFC2000 in Reaper I got fader movements and pan movement but when I hit the transport button on my BFC2000 I get a midi error message. 
I down loaded all of the newest BFC2000 drivers.

Would appreicate help to step me through it.
