In that case you need to know the midi implementation of that plugin and program the BCR accordingly (look for cc documentation of that plugin). You would need to make a preset specifically for it.

Hello people, its been a long time since i wanted to ask this question. As you know some plugins have the ability to attach their controls to Midi Controller rotaries and buttons (BCR2000 in my case) when right clicking on a rotary of a plugin (Midi Learn appears on it)and turning a knob on BCR. There are many interesting plugins out there without the MIDI Learn thingy. Is it possible to attach BCR2000 knobs to these plugins? if yes how should i do this? your help would be invaluable for me. thank you in advance.
