Could be wrong, but I wonder if your wheel only transmits internally? Have you tried seeing what MIDI-OX sees when you toggle the wheel? If it see something, and the learn doesnt, that would be a bit odd. But of course if MIDI-OX sees nothing, this could be showing the wheel doesnt transmit. I have a Miniak, and the data dial doesnt transmit jack externally. Here the trick is to assign the current dial to a Knob X, Y, or Z. Then midiox DOES see the midi when these dials are moved.
