Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

"Restart with default setup" only concerns BC Manager itself.
To be precise, the existing BCMan.ini file is thrown away and BC Manager then restarts with its default settings.
These settings concern things like the positions of windows, and which MIDI input/output ports on the computer BC Manager opens.

However, "Restart with default setup" does not change any preset or setup data on any connected BCF/BCR2000, so "Restart with default setup" itself can't have changed your BCF's Operating Mode.
