Check your Behringer manual, whether you have set up the BC* correctly for sysex transfer. Another check is to send a sys dump from the BC* to SysEx Librarian, and look at the data or use a midi monitoring tool. In particular, check the midi channel. Really, it is easy with SysEx Librarian. I also use it, as the tools by Behringer do not work for the Mac.
