Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hey,

I'm really struggling with the BCR2000 and ableton.  I can't figure out for the life of me how to program the things I want in edit mode.  For example, i'd like to assign 4 audio tracks and 4 midi tracks to the top 8 buttons so I can move through them without using my mouse (i've also tried this in the learn mode but with no luck).  I'd like to also control things like the crossfader and certain instrument parameters that I intend to use.  I've looked both here & the ableton forum & can't seem to get what i'm looking for.

I've looked at BC manager & the manual and to be honest, it was quite scary!!  I'm not used to all the technical side of things & don't understand the majority of it!  I've also looked at the video tutorials on this site & they haven't helped me much either. (you can tell i'm a total novice)

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
