How did you load the template into the BCR - did you use the BC Manager? I can thoroughly advise to use that, it's really the best way to program the BCR.
It's made by one of the forum members, Mark van den Berg, who regularly contributes to discussions as well, you can find it here:

Please try load it through that first, before trying anything else.
