Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Having had my bcf2000 for a month or two I have one question! I am using the
default BCF2000 setting in live. The arm tracks leds only respond to my
mouse on the screen. When I press the arm tracks button nothing happens, I
have to grab my mouse to arm / disarm. The leds do light up correctly. am I
missing something? Thankyou so much for reading this J
