Well I've gotten two bcf's to work in presonus sx2 although it took a lot of plugging and unplugging and rerouting. It finally worked when I activated under mackie mode with an extender as midi out/in = bcf 1 for the first bcf. Then midi out/in 2 (under the guise of a mackie extender) under the second bcf as 'usb audio hardware 2' and NOT bcf 2- hope you can follow that, sorry if its confusing. I can get the 16 channels to work but sometimes during a session it freezes the faders and seems to put them into a write/touch automation mode w2here they slide back to wherever they are in the mix. Its as if the bcf is saying: "the volume is fine dude leave it alone!" JK sometimes its an hour before this starts happening and sometimes five minutes and sometimes immediately. I'm looking to hook up a third bcf and a frontier designs alphatrack (hoing they play well together then solder them with the other two bcfs so it makes one 24 channel transport having daw. Might even pick up a jl cooper to use the jog wheel. Let me know how you progress. I am currently running X1 and X2 so I will have a look to see if I can help as I currently have 2 x BCF and a BCR but only have 1 BCF connected in X2 at the moment Many thanks John Rose (www.astrodevelopments.com) From:bc2000@yahoogroups.com [mailto:bc2000@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Dylan Endall Sent: 01 May 2013 18:07 To: bc2000@yahoogroups.com Subject: [bc2000] Re: Is anyone here running Cakewalk Sonar? not running sonar but do use it every so often. What also needs to be done is a multi bcf for presonus studio one 2. Keeps getting stuck. seems automation takes over and wont respond and occurs only randomly. Thanks and thank you to all of you who are working on this for the rest of us dumb as**** Cheers
