Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

The cap could be on it's way out, but I doubt it is causing your USB problem. 

There seems to have been a batch of BC with bad USB.
I had a BCF that was returned and replaced.
My was brand new so I wasn't going to open it.

Check out some of the comments from a while ago.
I'm not sure anyone got to the bottom of it.
