FYI - have the request out to about 4 plastic bulk printing companies that all do very similar things (for trade shows, packaging for product companies, etc). I'll let you know what they say.

As for yhe overlay material - something like that which was used with the Evolution: UC-33 would be good. It's thin flexible plastic but also durable.
