basically we'd need a half-plotted (not fully punched-through) sticker with a thick back-surface (the paper the sticker is on before you take it off). the whole think is plotted in a way, that it can easily be "disassembled", however is one plane sheet before the spare elements are punched / pushed out. this ensures that it can be printed on (just as on a sheet of paper). in the end, one can decide if it's used as a sticker or simply as a thick overlay (leaving the sticker-surface on the paper).
we'd need 2 plots – one for bottom-section and one for the top (push-encoder) section of the BCR. how ever, because the push-encoder section is narrow, we'd be able to place two plots on it (save some paper and money (: ) ... this'd be a possible layout
