Maybe a detailed update on what exactly is on offer here might help getting a few more going. Seems there was some different alternatives to begin with and now it's decided on something. What material will it be? Are the overlays printable with a regular printer? Will it be in one or two pieces? With a sticky backside? Stuff like that. Just a thought.
