It sounds to me like your BCF may have been updated to v1.10. Unfortunately the editor only works with v1.07. Behringer uses the euphemism, "Optimally matched to B-CONTROL EDIT software" to describe v1.07. Edit your patches in the editor, and save them to disk; then load them to the BCF with a utility like MIDIOx or Sysex!
