It appears that this is the case, but there are a few things you can do.
The BC patches on Behringer's site are in MIDI sysex format so your
sequencer should be able to send them to the BC. There are probably
utilities like the PC's MidiOx out there.
Behringer's Editor is written in Java and there is a version of Java
for Mac OSX.

My editor won't run native on a Mac.Sorry.
Can you use a PC emulator on your Mac?
I haven't ported anything to Mac for years and nothing under OSX.
