Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hello!

I quietly delete and ban members who spam the group, but I can't
always do it as quickly as I'd like to.

The only reason why I've held off enabling Restricted Membership is
that I can't check the Pending Members list every day, and we haven't
been plagued by too much spam. Also, I wasn't too keen on adding
another barrier to membership, at least while the group was only small.

However, as this is the second time the subject has been raised, I
thought now might be the right time. I hate spam as much as anyone, so
I've enabled Restricted Membership. Hopefully, this will stop the few
idiots that get through, but if anyone thinks this is counter
productive, please let us know.

Also, if anyone would like to help Royce and I approve membership,
drop us a line and we'll add you to the list of moderators.
