Re: [bc2000] LED feedback ????

2008-04-02 by Warren Dancey

Hi Martin,

I think my problem was that i've gone straight for the mackie emulation with huskervu (I like quick, steep learing curves!) which outputs to midi yoke ch 3 for the LCD display. Now apparent that I need to output the huskervu to the BCR to get visual feedback.

Many thanks for the reply,

Nice to find polite, patient forum users (compared to the cut-throat world of the Ableton Forum!),

Kind regards,

Warren

That's a question, right?

The video is of Live giving feedback to a BCR, the VST plugin
(Automat?) isn't really involved in that. So yes.
All you need to do is use Live's midi map feature, and make sure
you've got the relevant midi in/out ports both enabled.

Also, if you use the control surface feature of Live, the (currently
open) VST parameters will be automatically mapped to the push
encoders - see the Live tutorials for details.
