help - using bcf 2000 to control vsti

2008-09-20 by ashwinkumar

hi. recently i have purchased BCF 2000 ( behringer) as a controller for
my DAW cubase sx3. i have hooked it up in my cubase in mcc mode under
mackie emulation in usb . i am now able to use it as a controller for
my cubase mixer for audio parameters for volume and panning and also
for playing recording etc etc. but i am not able to control vsti/midi
tracks parameters with it ( moving the faders in the midi track in
mixer does not change the volume and panning of the midi in mcc). can
some one tell me please how to do it? . does it have to be in mcc mode
itself to control vsti/vst synth/ vst fx ? . what are the other
configuration i need to do in cubase to control vsti .i really dunno
whether i have configured the hardware correctly coz this is the first
musical hardware i have got. can some one help me out please. the
manual is of no help as it sounds so technical........

i cant know the answer regarding the other people here,
but i ignored your last messages, because it seems to me, that you
have ignored my answers to your last threads, which btw. had the same
issues discussed...

read again:

and then tell me exactly what went wrong when you tried to follow that
hints...

which display emulation are you using?
