Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I thought I'd mention a small bug I've just discovered in BCN44 Manager 1.0.0 (about 5 minutes after uploading it!):

When you save the temporary preset or the memory presets to file, the corresponding column in the "BCN44s" window wrongly doesn't update. (However, these columns DO update as appropriate when you OPEN a file.)

I've already fixed this bug in the "upcoming" version 1.0.1, but I don't want to upload a new version every five minutes, so please try to live with this small inconvenience for now...
