Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi this is my first post here . 

I just got my BCR 2000 last week and having an issue trying to figure out how to send it sysex files or new presets . 
The Java app won't work for me as it never stops scanning for a device and I have to farce quit it after a while . So I tried to send some through SysEX Librarian ( I'm on OSX 10.6.2 ) , but this seamed to do nothing . I wanted to test out some pre fabed DSI evolver and Oddisy templets I found (here I believe thanks much) . This issue has me alarmed for future use though as well ...because when I go to make my own how will I back them up and reload them ? 

Anyway any help would be appreciated and extra karma points for you !

Hope this is OK, but thought I should post here before going to Ebay/Gearslutz

I have a black BCF2000 for quick sale in NW London. First £75 gets it. Long USB cable, but no manual. Bought as a controller for Nuendo on my Macs, but could never figure out the right procedure and have since bought a used Houston (dedicated Nuendo Controller) so this one's now superfluous. Seems to work fine in its own little world, but not the machine for me.
