Is it possible to program the LEDs only?

Is it possible to program the LEDs only?

2010-06-19 by coolout1

I'm planning on using my BCF2000 with Ableton Live for gigs, but I'd like my BCF to have more visual pizazz during live performance.

Is it possible to control the LEDs display separately from the actual state of the button/encoder.

For instance to have them all blink along with the master tempo or do some sort of chase pattern?

That would be really cool and keep me from lusting after a grid-style controller.

Perhaps there's some sort of sysex command for the LED state that I could launch as a midi file.

As far as I know: no.

Best wishes,
