Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi, I'm currently running mac osx 10.7.5. My bcr2000 works fine with ableton 8 and I can midi map the bcr2000 from both the ableton midi map function and from the bcr learn button. BUT when I try to midi map any of my plug-ins via learn mode, I get a message saying "bAd", after a couple of seconds the screen will say "good" and map the parameter. When I try mapping a second parameter to a different knob it will also first display "bAd" then "good" This second parameter will map BUT the first parameter stops working AND now the led lights on the first mapped knob will move simultaneously with the second mapped knob. Still with me? This will happen with all the knobs I try to map. Sometimes more than two knob's LED light simultaneously while only 1 knob is being turned. 

I've tried different presets. 
I've tried changing the knob types. 
I've made sure that the knobs weren't already mapped. 
I've tried a factory reset.

I've tried Massive, Kontakt 5 and Guitar Rig and I've read that people have gotten Massive to work.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or do I have a defective product?

I'm having this issue as well.. 

Except it only ever shows 'bad' i can't manually map anything..
