Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I have uploaded a quick attempt at the BCR2000 as a  DW-6000 controller.
A DW-8000 controller would be a lot easier to program as each of the
sysex parameters has its own byte in the sysex dump.
The DW-6000, on the other hand, packs a couple of parameters into a
singe byte. 
eg In parameter offset 24 the byte has both the Osc 1 waveform select
and the Osc 2 waveform select in it.
7    6   5    4    3    2    1    0   (bit)
0    0   (Osc1 WF   )   (Osc 2 WF)
I have combined the 2 into one encoder. Not very good but it does work
and it might be of help creating a BCR patch for the DW-8000
