No MIDI Received by BCR2000

Greetings All, I'm currently working on a project which involves two-way communication between Logic and a BCR2000. The BCR sends MIDI perfectly over USB in mode 1 but will not receive any MIDI under any circumstances. The USB and MIDI lights do not light up and the learn function doesn't detect input and just waits until exited. Logic sees the BCR as three ports, but nothing happens when MIDI controllers are directly sent to these ports, even if Logic is transmitting on all available outgoing ports. Is there some obscure parameter in the BCR that could be set incorrectly? My firmware version is 1.10 and the unit appears to be operating perfectly otherwise. Thanks!
