BCR 2000 some rotaries are not working correctly.

hi, first i've searched on this forum but found no responses, i'm not familliar with yahoo groups and it's very hard to find information since i find it totally not ergonomic. also i'm not english so it makes it hard to me for founding something. so i bought a bcr from ebay months ago and i noticed that some rotaries doesn't works well maybe i should have returned it but it was a great deal for me, 80 euros. I got BC Manager and changed the resolution of all rotaries because I thought they were too slow. still there are 3 rotaries who doesn't works well, like it would have a very slow resolution but it looks like an hardware problem, because their course is not "linear", it's jerkily if you see what i mean. sometimes if i turn the rotary up the value can go down for a brief moment. do you have a solution to this problem? it would be very cool thanks !
