The MidyaX project : Piloting an Amp Sim/Effects box with the BCR2000

Hello everyone, I am new to the BC2000 mailing list and would like to present a project I've been working for quite some time. It will be good to see what you (BC2000 experts) think of it. The aim of the project is to pilot the AXE-FX II, which is a Guitar Tube Amp simulator and sound effects box for Guitarist/Bassist/Sound engineers. It has potentially more than 1100 parameters to set and control the tone and shape of the sound. I chose to use the BCR2000 to control all these parameters and organized the parameters in Control Pages (for each effect type). To do that I had to change the behavior of the BCR2000 with the help of an external "orchestrator" (The MidyAX) essentially made up of an ARDUINO MEGA board. I won't describe all the project here since I have already done it (and did demos of it) in these threads : Demo videos of the MidyAX (AXE-FX + BCR2000 + VGA Screen Display) News of the MidyAX project (Using the BCR2000 to pilot the AXE-FX) Preview of the MidyAX - A new tool to enhance the AXE-FX experience Please have a little look at the demo videos : Demo Videos of the MidyAX For French speaking people there's even a French version : MidyAX - Démo en Français Looking forward to your feedbacks. Cheers Eric P.S. - The project would not have been possible without the BCR2000 specifications written by Mark van den Berg from http://mountainutilities.eu/ - The project is OPEN SOURCE see MidyAX
