Yamaha YS100/200 - DX100 - Tx81z - can you help me with sysex?

Hiho! I am programming a preset for the yamaha YS100.
I am trying to find out the sysex-messages for
brightness, wave and for the envelope generators -
I can't seem to find any clues in the midi implementation about them. Do you know them?

Hi,

I'm not familiar with the YS100 but you can get midi specs. for the DX100/TX81z in their manuals from Yamaha at: http://www.yamaha.co.jp/manual/english/index.php

Thanks guys, was already crawling through the manual intensely and found it already.
The problem was, that the Brightness parameter on the YS100
is sort of the output volume of the remaining 3 Operators, which modulate the 1st one.

The envelope parameters were actually easy to find, but it's really mind boggling
when the interface on the synth only allows control over a whole group of parameters,
instead of just one at a time.

The wave parameter is just the coarse tuning for the 3 modulator Operators

If anybody likes the .txt with the sysex values, I can post them here

Wikipedia says the YS100 is the same as the YS200 except it has no aftertouch and no sequencer.
So I think the number of modulator operators is 0 to 3 and is dependent on the algorithm and brightness affects all of the modulators in that algorithm leaving the carrier operators alone.

Each of the 4 operators has a collection of wave forms to choose from so I also think that is what it is changing.

I originally didn't think much of this synth, but after getting into writing the editor I discovered that it was really interesting especially when you layer the patches on top of each other.
Check this track out. Don't loose patience with the first part. It is worth listening to the whole track (and Part II if you are keen)

If you didn't see the link on top of the page I suggested from my web site there is a new version of the program.
This can run with or without a BC just using a PC and a midi interface.

There is also a second page of the editor that enables you to set up splits and layers.
