The Missing Files

The Missing Files

2007-09-18 by rpcfender

I have uploaded the files that originally came from the Behringer site
as a temporary measure while they get their act together.
They are in the Files area in the folder "BCx Factory Stuff"

As I only have a BCR2000 these are the only files that I downloaded.

Can someone upload the BCF files to this area?

I only use a PC these days, so I didn't look for any Mac specific stuff
when the site was up. Sorry
But... their editor is written in Java so it will run on both machines.

The firmware update utility is for PC but you can use any software that
will send MIDI sysex to change the firmware.
I'm not sure that there was anything else specific to PC or Mac .

If anyone has any other files from the BCF/BCR/BCD site, please load
them up.

All the best

Royce

I have just uploaded all the BCF and BCD files that I have.

Let's hope this "missing" situation is just temporary. Somehow,
though, it doesn't seem so to me. (I should think that many other
items would be missing as well.)

Hi folks.
This 'missing files' business does seem to be bad news - looks like
we'll HAVE to write our own editor etc.!
Anyway, I've just checked my 'bookmark', and this link still seems to
work:
 http://www.behringer.com/05_support/bc_download/bc_downloads_editor.cfm?lang=ENG

If it's only me that can access it (can't think why), let me know and
I'll grab everything off there while I still can!

Laurence.

The link works fine for me too. (Just downloaded a file from it.)

Hi !

Yes, but the link has to be written in your browser. It is not available
straight from the website's homepage. They did not remove the page, they
just hid it.

Cheers.
Jay.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
