Thanks, but I tried to contact pms but shipping cost is too expensive, they ask 30 euros for 6 knobs....too high for me. I'm looking for some knobs (non behringer) that work fine on the bcr. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Tha is a bit steep > I'm looking for some knobs (non behringer) that work fine on the bcr. You have a BCR so it must be the encoder knob that are missing. These look to have the standard pot (volume control) shaft shape and size. Any volume/mixer knob should fit. Try at your local electronics supplies Buy 1 and try it out or take the unit down to try it out. The Behringer ones are a push fit but you should be able to use the knobs with a grub screw in them. Cl <- crosssection of the end. The shaft looks like one side has been filed down flat. The screw in the knob is positioned on this side and gently screwed in to lock it into place. Best of luck Royce
