The HxC is working indeed fine with the FZ-20M. You can directly use the F variant sold by Lotharek:

It is needed to remove allmost all boards in the FZ-20M to get down to the floppy drive, but it is worth the effort. There are quite a few disks available as .fzf files which can be directly converted by the curent version of HxCFloppyEmulator.exe (there is no need to use the beta version available here).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
