Keeping the ratio whould keep the time constants the same - however as the
caps get larger, the charging load on the chip output will increase. The
chips maximum output max be exceeded, resulting in delays being longer than
expected/frequencies lower than expected. That said, it should probably work
okay, though I wouldn't want to see a lower resistance than 220R in series.
