Cgs synth

Hello, I'm new here :)

Does anyone have any frequency to voltage circuit?.. I've tried goolging for
it but had no luck. It would be used to connect a guitar to a synth. I have EH
guitar micro synthesizer schmatics, but it's a bit beyond my knowledge to
produce a working circuit from it.
