that chips by other manufacturers that are "equivalent" to the NTE4006 would
not work, but the NTE itself would work. Apparently I mis-read the messages,
or missed some messages.
In any case I'm forging ahead with the project. Heck, I've paid for the
panel and PCBs (both Ken's and my custom sample & hold), so I'm not gonna
let a silly little chip stop me now. :-)
